The Westwood Inn has some nice updates like new furniture and good WiFi, but the unfinished walls detracted from the experience. Breakfast requires an early start, or you may end up visiting Dot's Restaurant. Overall, this remodel was promising and made for a decent stay.

we found a great deal at comfort inn, with a clean and spacious room that was a third of the cost of hotels near the hospital. the location was perfect for visiting loved ones at the nearby ochsner hospital. we enjoyed a quiet stay and appreciated the friendly front desk service.
